Hi there. My name is David and I am a professional wedding photographer. I am also a pretty keen landscape photographer although I don’t get much time to pursue that side of photography very much these days. I far more enjoy the interaction with people on a wedding day!

I grew up in South Africa and left in early 2000, moving to Cork, Ireland, for a couple of years before relocating to Oxford. After a couple of years in Oxford I moved to London where I have been living ever since. I love it! I am a keen sports fan and enjoy watching rugby, cricket and the occasional football match. Back in the day I was a keen windsurfer but these days I mostly only manage to get to the gym a few times a week…

My photographic style can be described as a blend of photojournalism and a stylish, contemporary photography with a dash of dramatic lighting thrown in every now and then. For the majority of the day I blend into the background capturing events as they unfold in an unobtrusive manner. Timing is everything, and I always strive to capture those special moments. For the couple portrait session I am more involved. My approach is to place the couple in the best possible location and light, then capture the moments as they unfold, with minimal direction. This ensures the most natural looking, fun images.

I mainly cover weddings in the London area and surrounding counties, however I more than happy to discuss weddings further afield, including oversees destination weddings.

My commitment and focus is absolute on your wedding day and my goal is to provide you with the very best images, always striving to push the boundaries and exceed your expectations.
