Wedding Photography at Kew Gardens

Wedding Photography at Kew Gardens: certainly one of the best venues in London, so it was an absolute pleasure to photograph Ruth and Hari’s big day a few weeks ago. I started off covering with the Ruth and her bridesmaids getting ready at home, before making my way to Kew Gardens for the late afternoon ceremony.

Thankfully the earlier rain had disappeared! Whew, it had been lashing earlier so that was a sigh of relief all round. The ceremony took place in the gorgeous Nash Conservatory which offers an abundance of natural light. After capturing the group shots on the lawn outside the Nash Conservatory, everyone made their way over to the Princess of Wales Conservatory for the drinks reception. This is the wet weather option which had to be selected earlier in the day. It is amazing inside and quite vast so there was plenty of room for everyone, in quite unique surroundings.

Ruth, Hari and I then jumped onto a golf buggy for a quick scoot around the ground for a couple shoot. Kew Gardens is absolutely massive, so we confined ourselves to the portion of the park where the wedding was taking place. There is just so much on offer and it is a dream location from a photographer’s perspective. Then it was on to the Orangery for the evening reception filled with loads of fun. After the first dance we popped outside for a few more couple shots in the dark before wrapping up for the day.

Ruth and Hari both looked amazing and were an absolute pleasure to work with!

If you are getting married at Kew Gardens and are looking for a photographer, and also possibly an experienced Asian Wedding Photographer, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
